SM JILI Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the SM JILI Casino platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Access to and use of SM JILI Casino is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. SM JILI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Account Responsibility: All activity conducted through your SM JILI account — including all wagers placed and all transactions made — is your sole responsibility. SM JILI is entitled to assume that any person accessing your account using your credentials is you or is authorized by you.

KYC Verification: SM JILI is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide any documentation requested by SM JILI for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

Account Suspension: SM JILI reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where SM JILI suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

SM JILI accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)
• Debit card (issued by Philippine banks)

Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your SM JILI account balance, depending on the sending bank's processing times.

Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the SM JILI deposit page and are subject to change. SM JILI reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Limits: SM JILI may impose deposit limits on accounts as part of its responsible gaming framework or as required by PAGCOR regulations. Users may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through their account settings.

Currency: All transactions on SM JILI are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). SM JILI does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals from your SM JILI account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a non-negotiable PAGCOR compliance requirement.

SM JILI reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

SM JILI may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. SM JILI reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• SM JILI reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party software, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

SM JILI is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game available on SM JILI is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

SM JILI strictly prohibits the use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all winnings may be forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SM JILI platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on SM JILI, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using SM JILI for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on SM JILI.
• Using any software, tool, or strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing SM JILI from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your SM JILI account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the SM JILI platform or its infrastructure.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.

• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the user's account will be suspended and no new account may be registered. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to SM JILI support.
• Reality Checks: SM JILI provides periodic on-screen reminders of the time spent and amount wagered during a session.

SM JILI collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By using SM JILI, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

SM JILI will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by SM JILI, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact SM JILI support.

All content on the SM JILI platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the property of SM JILI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the SM JILI platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any SM JILI content without prior written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to SM JILI may be used by SM JILI without restriction or compensation to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, SM JILI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the SM JILI platform.

SM JILI's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your SM JILI account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit SM JILI's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

By You: You may close your SM JILI account at any time by contacting SM JILI support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

By SM JILI: SM JILI reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if SM JILI determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In such cases, SM JILI may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, and 14 — shall survive.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of SM JILI, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting SM JILI support. SM JILI will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

For gaming-related disputes, SM JILI operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

SM JILI reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, SM JILI will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of SM JILI following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using SM JILI and may request account closure.
